Let’s be just friends?
How about let’s not. I have enough “just friends” to last for the rest of this life and for a good part of another.
I want something much more. I want a woman who I can trust, who I can laugh with, who I can cry with. A woman who I can go to bed with every night and wake up with every morning. A woman who can take me at my best and put up with me at my worst. A woman who will understand me…who will know what I’m thinking just by looking at me. A woman who will play in the rain during the summer, and cuddle on the couch to stay warm during the winter.
Is that so much to ask?
